National Health Service (NHS).

The Client.

The National Health Service (NHS) is the publicly funded healthcare system in England, and one of the four National Health Service systems in the United Kingdom.

More than 2,000 organisations share their content, including other NHS websites, local authorities, charities and commercial organisations, from start-ups to large technology leaders. In particular, topflight offered marketing consultancy to the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital division.

The Project.

We started providing digital marketing consultancy to the NHS in 2021 during the COVID pandemic. SEO wasn’t a significant resource at the time, specially considering the volume of emergency work they were going through. Given the size of their website and how important organic search is in their users’ journeys, the need for dedicated digital marketing resources was essential.

The Consultancy.

Our approach for this consultancy with members of the NHS was results driven. We focused on formulating cost-effective solutions that could deliver the objectives they were pursuing. We brought various specialists from the team to tackle all the website’s requiremens, from content production and optimisation to technical SEO and then designed a comprehensive strategy that were targeting segmented audiences across Yorkshire and the Humber.
